We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the strategy and execution for our Siding, Trim, and Windows product portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for driving brand growth, market share, and profitability through disciplined marketing leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and data‑driven execution.
As a member of the HIP Marketing Leadership team, this position plays a critical role in shaping strategic direction and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and execute the long‑term marketing strategy for Siding, Trim, and Windows brands in alignment with corporate and business units objectives
Lead integrated marketing initiatives including brand strategy, product launches, digital marketing, content development, and events
Direct multi‑channel demand generation campaigns, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and customer engagement
Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and R&D to influence product roadmaps and customer experience initiatives
Oversee major trade shows, industry events, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on ROI and continuous improvement
Serve as the primary marketing representative for the business unit with key customers and industry stakeholders
Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and achievement of financial goals
Lead, develop, and engage a high‑performing marketing team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within building products or manufacturing
Demonstrated success leading multi‑brand portfolios and complex go‑to‑market initiatives
Strong expertise in brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation
Proven business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with modern marketing technologies, analytics, and CRM platforms

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily office conditions, but there may be instances of working outdoors, warehouses that are not climate controlled, working in the elements, etc. Travel including air travel or auto travel will occasionally be required, approximately 25% of the time
