Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full investor relations function across client portfolios, setting strategy and ensuring best-in-class service delivery.

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for fund clients and key investors, managing high-level relationships and escalations.

  • Direct onboarding processes for new investors, ensuring all governing and due diligence documents are properly collected, reviewed, and compliant.

  • Oversee all investor transaction activity, including capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of associated cash flows.

  • Provide strategic guidance on investor communications, reporting, and engagement, including oversight of investor portals and digital platforms (e.g., Anduin).

  • Partner cross-functionally with accounting, treasury, and fund administration leadership to ensure alignment on investor data, reporting, and operational processes.

  • Establish and maintain data governance standards for investor databases (e.g., Investran), ensuring integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of investor information.

  • Deliver insights and reporting to executive leadership on investor trends, client performance, and operational metrics.

  • Drive enhancements to investor reporting, analytics, and segmentation (e.g., geography, investor type) to support fundraising and relationship management strategies.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives across investor relations and fund administration, optimizing workflows and scalability.

  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering professional development and high performance across the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 10 years in investor relations, fund administration, or asset management.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and investor reporting systems (e.g., Investran).

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with senior executives and institutional investors.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Proven ability to manage complex operations, prioritize competing demands, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strategic thinker with a process improvement mindset.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $195,400 - $264,400. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
