The Role of Director of Housekeeping:

Following an extensive renovation and restoration, The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is anticipated to reopen in 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for our property.  We are now seeking an exceptional Director of Housekeeping to join our team and help shape the guest experience from the very first moment.

Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the housekeeping and laundry department, ensuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces consistently reflect the highest standards of cleanliness, care and attention to detail.  The Director of Housekeeping will play a pivotal role in setting standards, embedding a culture of pride and accountability, and ensuring Four Seasons service excellence is delivered every day.

The successful candidate will be a visible, people focused leader who inspires and develops teams through strong leadership, coaching and training.  You will balance operational excellence with thoughtful cost control, ensuring quality is never comprised, while overseeing departmental budgets and financial performance.  A strong focus on guest engagement is essential, with the ability to handle special requests with warmth, professionalism and flexibility.  This role also leads the establishment and ongoing management of cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to protect the appearance and longevity of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Experience across a diversity of operational rooms division leadership roles, combined with strong business acumen and a genuine passion for service.  You will be known for your integrity, transparency and collaborative approach, and will be comfortable partnering closely with cross-functional teams.  Above all, you will be committed to fostering a continuous learning environment that supports professional development, engagement, and long-term growth for your team.

Fluency in Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with current eligibility to work in Lebanon.
