Job Description Summary

This role ensures full compliance with pricing, reporting, and payment requirements for Federal and State programs, as mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), HRSA, and the Veterans Administration. The position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and supporting the submission of all required products and pricing data, as well as managing payments under these programs. Additionally, the role provides strategic leadership for commercial deal review activities related to the radiopharma, ensuring alignment with government pricing regulations. The individual will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Senior Management, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Market Access, Government Affairs and external partners such as third-party vendors and government agencies.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert on government pricing programs, including Federal and State Price Transparency requirements.
  • Serve as the main liaison with third-party vendors performing government pricing calculations; review monthly and quarterly pricing data for accuracy prior to certification with CMS and VA.
  • Ensure compliance with all CMS, VA, 340B and state-mandated pricing and reporting regulations.
  • Analyze and validate transactional data (sales, rebates, fees) for inclusion in government pricing calculations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and IT to resolve data issues and maintain integrity of pricing systems (e.g., Vistex GP Reports).
  • Manage membership and pricing for government contracts (340B, VA/DoD, Federal Supply Schedule).
  • Support the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program team that processes the invoices; perform ad hoc analyses to explain Medicaid liabilities.
  • Lead commercial deal reviews to assess impact on Best Price and ensure compliance with government pricing rules.
  • Maintain detailed documentation aligned with federal and state requirements; update policies and methodologies as regulations evolve.
  • Oversee government pricing activities for new product launches and discontinuations; manage compendia submissions for pricing updates.
  • Educate internal teams on government pricing programs and compliance requirements.
  • Lead State Price Transparency reporting efforts, including tracking submissions and managing fee schedules.
  • Stay current on all applicable federal and state regulations impacting government pricing and transparency.
  • Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data analysis and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to propose alternative solutions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of government pricing for Radiopharmaceuticals Diagnostics preferred including 340B experience.
  • Proven financial and analytical skills with accuracy and compliance focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $129,008.00-$193,512.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
