At Travel & Leisure co, our vision is to put the World on Vacation, in your position as the Director of Food & Beverage, you will provide superior customer service to hotel guests and visitors while maximizing the profitability of the Bars and Restaurant and being responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage Services including training and developing a team that is dedicated to providing impeccable service.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
Provide strategic direction and daily operational leadership for all F&B departments. Strong hands-on leadership skills to build relationships and effectively connect with people.
Plan, promote, coordinate and execute international theme nights, events and promotions.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through quality food, service, and ambiance.
Innovate unique entertainment, dining and activity offerings to enhance our guest experience.
Maintain and grow relationships with stakeholders to ensure a high level of entertainment offerings.
Able to promote and market our resort offerings and events on our various social media platforms and participating in international culinary arts and competitions.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative and well-engineered food and beverage menus and concepts.
Develop and work to a marketing budget for events set in collaboration with the annual budget.
Perform other duties when required.
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years’ senior F&B leadership experience in a luxury 5-star resort environment.
Proven hands-on leadership style with the ability to build strong relationships, actively participating in daily operations, engaging with guests, and confidently managing and resolving guest issues.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management.
Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
Excellent business acumen and understanding of operational efficiencies.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural team environment.
Work flexible roster including public holiday.
