  • Partner cross-functionally to launch new products, improve processes, and expand into new markets or dealer segments.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations impacting financial services offerings.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across sales, operations, and business management.

  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture with a strong emphasis on accountability, customer focus, and growth.

  • Attract and develop talent capable of scaling the business as it grows.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning sales, operations, legal, risk, and marketing to deliver business objectives.
