Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Finance Systems to support & drive EMEA efforts with our Finance Integration Team, with a primary focus on SAP implementation and finance compliance. This role will be instrumental in driving post-acquisition integration efforts, ensuring financial systems, controls, and compliance frameworks are seamlessly embedded across newly acquired entities. Location flexibility will be considered across EMEA.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Lead the finance workstream of SAP implementation across acquired businesses within critical power.

  • Ensure compliance with SOX and other relevant financial regulations.

  • Design and implement robust process controls to support integration and ongoing operations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Legal, and Operations, specifically site controllers, and finance operations to align integration efforts.

  • Serve as the finance lead for acquisition integration, reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Systems Integration Lead

  • Develop and manage integration roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks during integration.

  • Travel as needed to support integration activities across critical power sites.

What we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in a global manufacturing or EMS environment.

  • Experience with designing, mapping, and implementing of key financial SOX controls would be advantageous

  • Proven experience leading SAP implementations in complex organizations.

  • Deep understanding of SOX compliance, financial controls, and integration best practices.

  • Strong project management and change leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Willingness to travel across EMEA region
