Summary of Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to lead the firm’s financial operations and help scale our growing professional services organization. This role will oversee all accounting and finance functions while serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership. The Director of Finance will ensure financial integrity, drive operational excellence, lead system evaluations and implementations, and build a high-performing finance team that supports the firm’s continued growth across multiple states.
This is a hybrid position based in Downtown Los Angeles, requiring onsite presence at least three times per week (subject to change).
