Summary:

The Director of Family Engagement provides administrative, operational, and financial leadership for the day-to-day operations of the departments and programs within Family Engagement; and collaborates with organizational leaders to develop and deploy initiatives that advance the patient and family experience, driving strategy towards the achievement of goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in related field required.

  • 7 years of supervisory experience required.

Licensure/Certification:

  • Patient Experience Certification (CPXP) preferred.
