Job Description:

Rite-Hite is seeking a Director of Enterprise Change Management to build and lead our company-wide approach to change. This is a highly visible role that will create the framework, tools, and processes that help our global organization adopt new strategic, operational, and cultural initiatives successfully.

Reporting to the CHRO, this position starts as an individual contributor and partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders. Over time, this role becomes a trusted advisor for major transformation efforts—ensuring clarity, alignment, readiness, and long-term adoption of change across the business. The position is based at our Milwaukee headquarters with a hybrid work schedule and regular on-site collaboration with leaders.

What You’ll Do

Build the Enterprise Change Framework

  • Design and implement a scalable global change management model aligned with Rite-Hite’s values.
  • Define the governance, processes, and tools used to plan, execute, and track change.
  • Develop and maintain toolkits such as stakeholder analyses, communication plans, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics.
  • Integrate change management practices into project management, HR processes, and operational workflows.

Develop Leadership Capability

  • Work with the CHRO to strengthen change leadership skills across the Executive Team and senior leaders.
  • Create and facilitate training and workshops for leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts.
  • Establish a community of practice or internal change network to support ongoing learning.
  • Provide coaching and consulting support to leaders driving transformation initiatives.

Support Major Initiatives

  • Act as the change lead on large-scale, enterprise-wide projects.
  • Partner with project sponsors and teams to evaluate impacts, readiness, and adoption risks.
  • Build and execute change enablement plans that support communication, engagement, and performance goals.
  • Track adoption progress, share insights with sponsors, and recommend improvements.

Measure and Continuously Improve

  • Define KPIs and metrics that reflect change effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Evaluate the impact of initiatives on engagement, performance, and business outcomes.
  • Capture lessons learned and refine the change methodology over time.
  • Stay current with emerging practices, tools, and technologies in organizational change.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in organizational change management, enterprise transformation, or leadership development.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing change frameworks in complex or global organizations.
  • Strong executive coaching, facilitation, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Prosci® or similar change management certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience working across cultures, regions, and diverse functional groups is a plus.

Skills and Strengths

  • Deep knowledge of change management principles, methods, and tools.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational behavior and operations.
  • Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to measuring adoption and impact.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Alignment with Rite-Hite’s core values and leadership behaviors.
If you enjoy helping organizations grow in a thoughtful, people-centered way and want to make a meaningful impact at a time of positive evolution, we encourage you to apply.
