About the Team / Role

Owns marketing performance and revenue contribution across EMEA Mobility.

Role Mandate

This role operates within an AI-first, hub-and-spoke marketing model. It is accountable for driving measurable commercial impact while transitioning execution to shared services and AI-enabled workflows. Success depends on strong orchestration, clear prioritisation, and effective cross-functional alignment.

How you’ll make an impact

1. Commercial Ownership

Owns defined commercial outcomes, ensuring marketing contributes directly to pipeline, conversion, and revenue.

  • Translate business targets into marketing priorities

  • Align with Sales on pipeline and deal acceleration

2. Orchestration & Operating Model

Leads orchestration across the hub-and-spoke model, ensuring efficient use of shared capabilities.

  •  Leverage shared services (growth, lifecycle, content, data)

  • Drive structured intake, prioritisation, and delivery

3. AI & Workflow Transformation

Ensures AI is embedded into workflows to increase scale, speed, and consistency.

  • Drive AI adoption within scope

  • Shift work from manual execution to automation

4. Performance & Optimisation

Owns performance tracking and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor pipeline, CAC, and ROI

  • Identify and act on optimisation opportunities

5. Stakeholder Alignment

Ensures alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data.

  • Act as key partner to stakeholders

  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and results

Role Differentiation

Focuses on regional execution and sales alignment, ensuring global strategy translates into local revenue outcomes.

Position in the Organisation

Part of the International Marketing organisation, operating within a hub-and-spoke structure. Works closely with shared capability teams and regional or global stakeholders.

Experience you’ll bring
