The Head of Digital Merchandising & Strategy will serve as the central operator across the three core pillars of OKL—Finance, Growth, and Merchandising—and will take broad ownership of the brand’s performance, site experience, strategic roadmap, and revenue expansion opportunities. This role operates with a GM mindset and is ideal for someone who is data-driven, tech-forward, passionate about home, and thrives in a hands-on, start-up-style environment.

This position reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
