  <text>This is a highly execution-focused role centred on delivering complex financial transactions across debt, capital markets, and corporate development initiatives.

 

You will lead transaction structuring and execution end-to-end, manage relationships with lenders and counterparties, and oversee key transactions across the capital structure.

 

Working closely with legal teams, external advisors, and internal stakeholders, you will drive commercial negotiations and ensure efficient delivery of strategic projects.</text>
