  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and brand narrative across channels

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-impact team through clear roles, strong coaching, and thoughtful use of external partners and modern writing tools and platforms
  • Act as a player-coach—providing strategic direction while rolling up sleeves as needed.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability

Thought Leadership and Executive Comms

  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive the company narrative, POV, and thought leadership agenda.
  • Partner with executives on authored content, speeches, and social presence.
  • Oversee the team responsible for creation of long-form assets (reports, research, white papers) and short-form content (blogs, social, case studies).
  • Align vertical and industry content with product marketing and revenue goals.

PR, Media, and Social

  • Set and manage PR and media strategy, partnering with our agency
  • Measure earned media impact
  • Align social strategy with content and communications goals, balancing organic and paid amplification in partnership with demand generation
  • Ensure a consistent, credible voice across all owned and earned channels.

Scalable Systems and Outcomes

  • Tie content and communications performance to business outcomes such as pipeline, brand lift, and adoption.
  • Establish clear intake, prioritization, and governance processes to reduce friction across teams.
  • Decide what content to scale, refresh, or retire based on performance and strategic value.
  • Communicate results in executive-ready language and dashboards.

AI and Modern Content Practices

  • Use AI and modern content platforms to scale output and efficiency without compromising quality, accuracy, or brand voice, leveraging tools such as generative AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Writer), SEO and content intelligence platforms (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot).
  • Establish clear guardrails and governance for responsible AI use, including standards for voice consistency, factual accuracy, IP protection, and human review.
  • Design content for discoverability across traditional search and emerging environments, including SEO, AEO, and LLM-driven search and answer engines.
  • Build and train teams on effective, ethical, and repeatable AI-enabled workflows that improve speed-to-market while preserving editorial quality and strategic intent.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in content, editorial leadership, or communications, with a proven record of driving business impact.
