Transform healthcare with us.

Qualified Health is the leading healthcare AI company partnering with health systems to deploy end-to-end AI platforms that deliver measurable financial and clinical outcomes. Backed by leading healthcare innovation investors like NEA, Transformation Capital, and SignalFire, we work with some of the most recognized health systems in the country. Not as a vendor, but as a long-term strategic partner.

About the Role

Every C-suite in healthcare is trying to bridge the gap between AI in theory and AI in practice, and Qualified Health is a part of that bridge. This role exists to close that gap by leading commercial strategy and partnership execution in a way that models the world we’re building for America’s largest health systems:adopting , deploying, and scaling operations with AI.

As Director of Commercial Strategy, you will partner directly with the leadership team to modernize, refine, and build our highest-priority commercial workflows. You will be in the room with health system CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs, structuring partnerships; and your positioning, process, and tools will allow us to build the business case for transformational AI investments, and defining a category in real time. This is a builder’s role with direct commercial impact.

What You’ll Do

Enterprise Partnership Strategy & Execution

  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder partnership cycles end-to-end, from initial engagement through signed, seven-figure agreements
  • Lead executive workshops, strategic presentations, and C-suite discussions that position Qualified Health as the long-term AI partner for health system leaders
  • Build the business cases, financial models, and value frameworks that health system CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs require to approve transformational investments
  • Negotiate and structure agreements that align with the company’s strategic objectives. We’ve originated deal structures that didn’t exist before us, and expect you to do the same
  • Navigate legal, procurement, and clinical governance processes across large, matrixed health system organizations

Commercial Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Translate our strategy into a clear approach and modern infrastructure to support how Qualified Health brings its platform to market across academic medical centers, large regional systems, and integrated delivery networks
  • Define and refine competitive positioning, messaging, pricing strategy, and partnership models for a market being created in real time
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market decisions
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and develop new partnership models that expand the company’s reach and impact
  • Tackle unstructured problems: dissect them, pull signal from noise, synthesize actionable insights, and partner with the team to execute solutions with direct, quantifiable impact

Cross-Functional Leadership & External Representation

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams to execute partnership strategies and translate partner needs into product priorities
  • Represent Qualified Health at high-level industry events, conferences, and in direct executive relationships with health system leaders
  • Become an expert on the Qualified Health technology platform and lead prospects through live demonstrations of it
  • Build and improve the commercial infrastructure (CRM workflows, pipeline analytics, operating cadences, partnership collateral) that will scale with the company through its next phase of growth
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, ensuring commercial activities align with the company’s vision and goals

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 2–6 years of experience at a top-tier institution: management consulting (MBB or equivalent), investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a high-growth technology company with a demanding, performance-driven culture
  • Have a strong ownership mindset: you’re independent, with a bias to action. When you find a problem, you make it yours to fix
  • Can distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans that move senior stakeholders to decisions
  • Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across large organizations
  • Thrive in high-stakes situations: calm under pressure, able to prioritize masterfully, and energized by ambiguity
  • Have a passion for pulling signal through noise and an internal drive to create clarity where none exists
  • Have demonstrated the ability to build processes, programs, or functions from scratch, not just optimize existing ones
  • Are excited about deal-making and the strategic complexity of enterprise partnerships, not just analysis for its own sake
  • Have a desire and readiness to do the best work of your career

Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. We value the ability to learn fast, operate independently, and deliver results in complex, high-stakes environments over domain expertise.

Why Qualified Health

You’ll shape how America’s largest health systems apply AI to achieve measurable outcomes. Every health system CEO in the country is asking how to make AI real. We’re one of the few companies with a deployed platform, signed partnerships, and demonstrated results.

We have real momentum. We just closed our Series B fundraise supported by incredible investors like Frist Cressey, Healthier Capital, NEA, Transformation Capital, and SignalFire. Our partnerships span some of the most recognized health systems in the country, and our revenue trajectory is ambitious and attainable.

A front-row seat to healthcare’s AI transformation. In a given week, you’ll engage with multiple health system leadership teams, each with different strategic challenges. You’ll sit across the table from CEOs and work alongside clinical and engineering teams to structure partnerships that define a new category.

You’ll build, not inherit. We are still early. The commercial infrastructure, the partnership models, the go-to-market playbook. You’ll have a direct hand in building all of it. The people who join now will define how this company operates for years.
