Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a sales pipeline through own networking and prospecting efforts, accountable to annual revenue generation targets and KPIs
  • Drive appropriate discovery conversation, obtain necessary information and build a value driven business case to convert prospect to client
  • Representing the company by traveling to industry related networking conferences; presenting and showcasing ChargebackHelp solutions in a face-to-face environment, manning booths, participating in networking events and dinners
  • Gaining an excellent knowledge of ChargebackHelp products and solutions; presenting solution to prospects and clients and hosting demos
  • Lead filing and opportunity reporting in sales CRM (Netsuite), appropriate marketing campaign allocation and follow ups
  • Ensuring sales CRM is kept up to date with all leads, opportunities, their progress and competitive intel information to allow forecasting and reporting to function smoothly
  • Working closely with relationship management and integrations teams to support in collecting necessary onboarding information, complete any required integrations to ensure smooth client onboarding and quick realization of value working closely with internal operations and relationship management teams to cater to clients needs and help resolve any queries or challenges
  • Building business cases and walking through our pricing approval process should non-standard pricing be required
  • Contract handling including drafting, progressing through redlines to Signature
  • Successful candidate will be reporting to the CRO
  • This is a Full-time role, candidates have to be open to travel possibly 8-12 times per year or when required

Skills Required:

  • At least 2 years experience related to card-not-present transaction processing and online payment industries; understanding merchants, ISO’s, PSP’s, Acquirers, Payment Gateways, Fraud prevention platforms and their functions within the payment ecosystem
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales / BDM
  • Knowledge and in-depth understanding of chargeback and dispute workflows related to credit and debit card transactions online
  • Proven sales track record with ability to showcase value through a data driven business analysis
  • Presenting well rounded direct to customer written and spoken communication related to prospecting and sales activities
  • Driven, competitive and motivated to reach and exceed targets and KPIs
  • Collaborative and team player
  • Highly organized, able to follow processes, maintain CRM and allow for appropriate reporting for the company
  • Experience working with CRMs, legal contract related processes, pricing approval processes
  • Data oriented with experience working with large volumes of data in Excel related to customer optimization related tasks
  • Flexibility related to work hours due to working across multiple time zones
