  • Define and manage quantifiable KPIs, tying them to P&L outcomes to build business cases for new initiatives and strategies.
  • Shape narratives and own key communication channels with senior leaders to cultivate trust, story-tell performance trends and gain buy-in on new objectives.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with client counterparts driving trust by understanding their goals and effectively communicating our strategies, roadmaps and results.
  • Identify and deploy AI-native workflows across the workstreams, embedding them into our joint operations complying with industry and client specific regulations. Improving our speed to market, client revenue growth, insight generation and efficiency.
  • Drive internal adoption (inside and outside your team) of leading AI tools that can enhance and evolve our overall ways of working and quality outcomes.
  • Manage priorities and execution across a team of analysts, account managers, creatives and engineers.
  • Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also support RVGT's broader business development efforts as we seek to expand and deepen our client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 7+ years of leadership experience, with a preference for a demonstrated history of experience in Financial Services managing & optimizing digital experiences to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience (and an innate curiosity) in deploying (Agentic)AI and automation tools to drive operational leverage across our business and our clients’.
  • Proven track record of large scale technology and/or operational project execution and delivery
  • Experience with performing hands on and in-depth data analysis, getting to the core of why your users or customers are behaving the way they are.
  • Proven track record of problem solving in ambiguous situations to create structure and scalable solutions.
  • Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable KPIs and leveraging consumer data to find quality customers to acquire, engage, retain and reactivate through various marketing channels.
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience querying your own data with SQL and creating compelling visualizations in BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Python experience a plus.
