Job Overview

The Director of Advancement Data and Systems serves as a key strategic partner. The Director is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and integration of all development-centric systems, including but not limited to Raisers Edge NXT, Raisers Edge DBV, Kindsight Ascend, and Salesforce CRM and MarketingCloud. The Director executes the design, implementation, and maintenance of advancement applications, data systems, standard operating procedures, and relevant processes supporting the divisions’ fundraising technology stack. The Director will leverage best practices to guide the evolution of a high-performing advancement function, driving operational efficiency and ensuring the successful delivery of departmental goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • Masters in business, data analytics, computer science, or related field required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in advancement systems administration, fundraising, or a related strategic role within a non-profit setting required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in data analysis, design, and interpretation required.

Compensation

$181,475.84 - $226,844.80 annually
