Director-Network Process & Quality

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

What you’ll do:
• Quality Management, Process Improvement and Design: Oversee quality management programs, coordinating network quality audits, tests, and corrective procedures. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of network processes, identifying deficiencies, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Team Leadership and Development: Direct, mentor, and develop teams of managers, technicians, and engineers through regular huddles, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and handling recruitment and grievances.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure network activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, developing and enforcing network standards.
• Program and Initiative Management: Manage network support programs and initiatives focused on data standards, quality management, and process improvements, coordinating with interdepartmental teams.
• Training and Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement training programs to support quality and process initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, and report on network performance and compliance to senior management.

What you’ll need:

Oversees the enhancement of network operations by directing and managing employee performance, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, and driving programs for network data standards, quality management, process design and training.

What you’ll bring:

Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization. Oversees departmental programs and is often hands-on with the design and implementation of applicable strategies. Typically leads large teams, supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Environmental Requirements:

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 10+ years of related experience.

Our Director-Network Process & Quality, earns between $174,100- 261,100 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
