Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Director to lead the Gastrointestinal & Genitourinary (GIGU) Oncology Franchise. This role will drive franchise vision, indication strategy, and lifecycle leadership across priority GI and GU tumors, ensuring sustained growth, scientific leadership, and best-in-class execution.
Key Responsibilities
*   Own the franchise marketing strategy for GIGU indications across the full lifecycle
*   Define portfolio vision, indication sequencing, and growth priorities aligned with strategy
*   Lead customer-centric insight generation (HCP, patient, access, competitor) to shape evidence and differentiation
*   Drive launch excellence for new indications, regimens, and formulations
*   Translate clinical data (OS, PFS, biomarker, early-stage) into clear scientific and commercial narratives
*   Develop positioning, messaging, pricing, and access strategy in partnership with Medical, Market Access, and Sales etc.
*   Lead cross-functional planning with Medical, R\&D, Access, Policy, Sales, and Global teams
*   Monitor competitive landscape (PD-1, IO combos, ADCs, perioperative approaches) and proactively adjust strategy
*   Own budget, forecasting, and resource prioritization for the GIGU franchise
*   Ensure full compliance with regulatory and promotional standards
Qualifications Required
*   Extensive experience in oncology marketing, franchise or portfolio leadership preferred
*   Proven track record in product lifecycle management and major oncology launches
*   Strong ability to translate complex clinical data into compelling value stories
*   Deep understanding of GI/GU tumor pathways, treatment paradigms, and competitive dynamics
*   Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and execution discipline
*   Demonstrated leadership of large, cross-functional teams
*   Excellent stakeholder influence at senior and global levels
*   High ownership mindset, learning agility, and commitment to patients, ethics, and inclusion
