Your day at NTT DATA
The Director, Managed Services FRALUX, is responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of Managed Services across France and Luxembourg. This role ensures alignment with Group strategy, drives client satisfaction, and leads a high-performing management team to deliver best-in-class services.

Key responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Leadership

    - Define the vision, objectives, and roadmap for Managed Services in France and Luxembourg, ensuring alignment with Group strategy.

    - Represent the MS FRALUX organization within the Group and to external stakeholders.

    - Serve as the final escalation point and arbitrator for major issues (client, operational, or resource conflicts) between country entities and centers of excellence.

  • Financial & Operational Management

    - Manage the budget and profit & loss account for the MS FRALUX entity, ensuring the profitability of contracts and solutions.

    - Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements in both countries.

    - Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, initiating corrective or continuous improvement actions as needed.

  • Team & People Management

    - Directly supervise the Managers of Client Delivery Management (CDM) FRA/LUX and the Governance & Excellence Manager.

    - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in IT Managed Services or a similar technology services environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record of managing P&L, driving operational excellence, and delivering profitable growth.

- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.

- Experience managing teams across multiple countries or regions is highly desirable.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to quickly adjust to changing environments and take on new challenges. Proven experience in leading and supporting organizational change in complex settings.

- Capacity to understand, manage, and leverage one’s own emotions and those of others to foster collaboration, problem-solving, and effective leadership.

- Fluent in English and French.
