Job Description:

The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role oversees the sales team, builds strong client relationships, and ensures alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
