This is a key role within the Element Mexico organization, as it leads all the applications (internal and external) management, including but not limited to enhancements, fixes, integration, support, training, new functionality, and new applications that support the business, including legacy and enterprise applications.
Lead the Mexico technology daily applications operations in terms of analysis, development, enhancements, support, reporting and projects oversight.
Manage, develop, and lead a best-in-class IT team accountable for enhancing and supporting legacy and corporate systems, and work towards modernizing these applications by building or replacing them with modern and/or global applications and technologies.
Partner closely with global leaders within IT, the Mexico business, the operations leadership, Consulting firms, and Vendors, to secure the correct resources to support the business through technology.
At an organization level, this role has the direct reports of the IT SMEs, Data Science and Business
Intelligence, and the Business Analysis areas, and serves as a liaison between the account managers from the external technology consulting companies, global IT, and the business areas within Element.
