This role follows a hybrid work model which consists of 4 days in office per week. Additionally, you will receive 5 additional remote days per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval.
HarbourVest Partners is a leading global private markets investment firm with over four decades of experience delivering innovative solutions to institutional and high-net-worth clients. As we expand our presence across the institutional segment in APAC, we are seeking an Investor Relations Client Marketing Director to elevate our brand visibility and promote our strategies in key markets across the region.
In this newly-created role, the Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies tailored to the institutional channel, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with local audiences and supports our regional fundraising goals.

What you will do:
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans tailored to institutional channels across APAC, aligning all activities with fundraising objectives and regional priorities.
Lead multi-tactic campaigns across digital, content, events, web, and sponsorships, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Incorporate content creation, third-party sponsorships, email, and web into campaign planning to enhance engagement and impact across all marketing touchpoints.
Collaborate and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the APAC Investor Relations team, investment teams, global marketing, and external partners.
Track, measure, and report on the efficiency of marketing activities
And other responsibilities as required
What you bring:
Experience in asset management, financial services, or private equity marketing
Proven experience working in global organizations and collaborating across geographies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with specific expertise in implementing marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media
