As the Director of Supply Chain Execution Control Center Analytics, you will be responsible for building, leading and developing a high performing, inclusive and engaged Operations Planning and Control Center team. You and your team will lead the Enterprise through the development of operational plans and the execution control center that support our annual financial plans and market share goals across Target’s replenishment and fulfillment network. In addition, you’ll lead the evolution of how the Supply Planning and Execution teams hind-sights and creates a GSCL, Stores and last mile node level, rolling 13-week forecast each week across Planning & Inventory Management and GSCL teams. Lastly, you’ll play an active role in short, mid and long term network synchronization; you’ll be responsible for influencing the Enterprise to make the appropriate inventory purchasing and arrival decisions to support our first mile, middle mile, stores and last mile network capabilities.
Additional responsibilities include:
Build and develop a high performing, inclusive and engaged team.
Lead the Enterprise through the assembly of quarterly operational consensus plans.
Play a role in leading the short, mid and long range planning and problem solving needed to support evolving network capabilities.
Evolve the weekly forecasting operating routines, responsibilities, goals and reporting needs between Network Planning, S&OP, Planning and Inventory Management, Stores and Supply Chain.
Deliver a weekly short range supply forecast for replenishment and fulfillment for field staffing purposes including delivering by site forecast accuracy goals
Lead a weekly business review that identifies business-specific drivers of forecast inaccuracy to inform forward looking adjustments
Define problems statements with corresponding efficiency impact in effort to drive prioritization of Demand and Supply Planning tech enabled optimization tactics in partnership with Data Sciences and Target Tech
Play an active role in developing a roadmap of the execution control center and its operational intelligence needs to support 0 – 10 year supply planning precision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
4 year degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of team leadership experience
10+ years of experience in demand and operational supply planning, supply chain, execution control center, or a related function.
Knowledge of supply chain, integrated business planning, and inventory management fundamentals, systems, and practical applications.
Ability to lead and foster a culture of belonging.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to manage risk.
High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, deriving actionable insights and forward-thinking recommendations.
Ability to adopt an enterprise mindset that understands impact of business decisions and partner organizations.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and managing relationships across the enterprise.
