The Director, Integrated Logistics Services, will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our logistics capabilities to a systemically driven and highly automated environment. This role is crucial for equipping the organization with the capabilities needed to support digital and automation-driven operations. The role will lead operational logistics systems support, warehouse automation, network design and capacity planning, logistics project management, data analytics, and inventory management. The role will serve as a key driver for improving operational efficiency, scalability, and resilience across our logistics network.

As a Director, Integrated Logistics Services, a typical day might include the following:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for logistics system operations, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with global strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP systems and associated logistics platforms.
  • Develop and maintain system-driven workflows to replace manual processes, enabling digital transformation while leading the operational management of warehouse automation systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate automation technologies into broader logistics strategies.
  • Implement short and long-term forecasting for network capacity planning at all storage conditions and site globally, ensuring location suitability and optimize inventory storage solutions.
  • Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counting, investigations, expired materials management, and destruction coordination.
  • Lead all aspects of department-wide project and program management, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
  • Lead CAPEX forecasting and ensure alignment with operational and strategic goals.
  • Develop and run functional KPIs, capacity reporting, freight spend, duties, taxes, 3PL spend, compliance metrics, and operational dashboards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for transformation efforts.
  • Ensure program activities comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
  • Manage employees at varying levels of performance, fostering development and ensuring accountability.

This role may be for you if have:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle WMS, TMS, and GTMS systems.
  • Extensive experience in logistics systems implementation, warehouse automation, and inventory management.
  • Experience in network design, capacity planning, and inventory accuracy.
  • Proven ability to lead transformational projects in logistics operations, driving digital and automation adoption.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop organizational capabilities.

In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field and

  • Associate Director: 10 years of relevant experience, including 7 years of management experience
  • Director: 12 years of relevant experience, including 10 years of management experience
  • Preferred degrees & certifications: Advanced Degrees, Project Management Professional (PMP), APICS.
  • Experience in regulated industries, preferably life sciences or similar environments.
  • May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

$147,800.00 - $286,900.00
