What is the opportunity?
As Director Advice Centre, you will manage and lead a large team of Team Leaders and Licensed Insurance Advisors who support the Home and Auto needs of our clients. You will be responsible for significant growth of Home and Auto businesses.
What will you do?
Accountable for developing and implementing strategies designed to maximize the client experience
Responsible for the overall leadership and management of team leaders to ensure development of an effective sales force
Consistently practices client focused coaching routines to maximize employee performance and development
Leads retention and growth of existing clients’ business as well as acquisition and anchoring of new clients
Ensures a high level of employee capability and engagement through coaching and sales routines; empowers team to reach their optimum proficiency
Accountable for successful execution of the sales and service strategy to achieve high level business performance and operational effectiveness
Provides ongoing coaching to drive high level team manager engagement and employee capability, through focused sales management routine
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
5+ years Insurance business acumen
Experience leading an Advice Centre environment and strong knowledge of processes and procedures
Proven sales leadership experience
5+ years of people management and employee engagement experience
Strong sales routines with proven ability to drive superior results
Experience building a high performance culture
Strong motivation and ability to impact & influence
Nice-to-have
Possession of OTL Other than Life Ontario license
Expert knowledge of Home and Auto insurance products
Experience with a proactive sales culture is an asset

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$110,000.00 - $160,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
