Job Description:

Responsibilities

Lead innovation and growth enablement execution

  • Translate innovation and growth priorities for L&H into clearly defined initiatives, delivery roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Own endtoend delivery of assigned initiatives to ensure outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, timelines, and resources.

Establish and drive crossfunctional governance and execution discipline

  • Provide execution leadership across crossfunctional stakeholders by setting governance structures, decision forums, milestones, and performance tracking.
  • Resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to maintain momentum and alignment with business priorities.

Provide strategic insight, performance tracking, and decision support

  • Consolidate business performance indicators, initiative outcomes, and risk insights into actionable recommendations to support decisionmaking by the Chief Innovation and Growth Officer and senior leadership.
  • Ensure transparency of progress, issues, and benefits realization.

Drive change execution and stakeholder adoption

  • Translate transformation intent into executable change plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption activities. Proactively identify resistance, execution gaps, and capability risks, implementing corrective actions to ensure sustainable outcomes.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across functions to align priorities, manage interdependencies, and resolve conflicts. Contribute to leadership materials, updates, and forums by providing clear, factbased perspectives.

Requirements

  • University degree required; advanced degree or professional qualification preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience leading complex initiatives and managing senior professionals
  • Deep knowledge of business transformation, innovation execution, and growth enablement within financial services or insurance
  • Strong understanding of operating models, performance management, and crossfunctional governance
  • Proven people leadership capability, including managing managers and senior professionals
  • Solid commercial and financial acumen to assess initiative impact and tradeoffs
