Arrow is seeking a senior leader to own and continuously strengthen our IMMEX compliance program in Mexico, ensuring end-to-end regulatory adherence while enabling efficient, scalable operations. This role leads program governance, inventory regularization strategy for expired/expiring IMMEX inventory, audit readiness, risk mitigation, and process simplification/automation—partnering closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Compliance, and business stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Program Management: Oversee the IMMEX program, ensuring compliance with all relevant Mexican regulations and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategies for managing expired and expiring inventory within the IMMEX program. This includes creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and providing monthly reports to business leaders 
  • Risk Mitigation: Propose and implement risk mitigation strategies for the IMMEX program, in compliance with Mexican general foreign trade rules 
  • Process Improvement: Conduct workload analysis and identify areas where processes can be simplified or automated to reduce manual workload 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the parent business units and various departments, including supply chain, logistics, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations and compliance with IMMEX regulations 
  • Audit and Compliance: Ensure that all IMMEX-related activities are in compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Address any findings from audits and implement corrective actions as needed 
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals responsible for IMMEX compliance. Ensure that the team is adequately staffed and trained to handle the workload

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/trade operations with a strong focus on IMMEX operations/compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving compliance programs through audit and regulatory scrutiny.
  • Proven ability to translate regulations into scalable SOPs, controls, and operational routines.
  • English proficiency; capable of holding business level conversations.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Preferred)

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience designing automation/simplification initiatives in compliance-heavy operations.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$126,583.33 - $199,800.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
