We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Director to lead the people agenda across our Operations, Risk, and Compliance business units. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will partner with C-level executives to design and implement innovative HR strategies that drive organizational growth, strengthen leadership, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute enterprise-wide people strategies that prioritize organizational agility, talent density, and business growth.

  • Global Team Management: Lead and mentor a global HR team, elevating their capabilities to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality HR support.

  • Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted thought partner to the C-suite, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership succession.

  • Integrated Solutions: Translate business objectives into actionable people priorities by partnering with Centers of Excellence (TA, Total Rewards, L&D) to deliver scalable, global solutions.

  • Change Management: Lead complex organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with global practices while mitigating local operational risks.

  • Data-Driven Planning: Spearhead strategic workforce planning, using data-driven insights to identify skill gaps and guide talent investment decisions.

  • Culture Champion: Drive initiatives that strengthen the leadership pipeline and build future-ready capabilities across a matrixed organization.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP leadership role within a global company.

  • A proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive cultural and organizational transformation.

  • Exceptional analytical thinking, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple regions and time zones.

  • Deep understanding of organizational design, talent strategy, and global HR best practices.

  • Ability to navigate and lead through change within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Advantage:

  • Experience establishing HR operations or building teams in India is highly preferred.
