Job description

The Director, HR Business Partner for EMEA is a senior HR leadership role responsible for driving people strategy across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on supporting the SVP of Sales and their leadership team.

This role is a trusted advisor to the business, operating as a collaborative partner across talent, organization design, performance, culture, and workforce strategy.

Leading a team of HR Business Partners within the region, this role plays a critical part in translating business priorities into actionable HR strategies while ensuring alignment with global HR programs and regional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Provide leadership guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Act as a key HR leadership voice within the EMEA business, influencing decisions through data-driven insights and strong business acumen

People Leadership

  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative HRBP team aligned to both regional and global priorities
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality HR partnership across countries and functions

Employee Relations & Risk Management

  • Partner with local legal counsel and external advisors to support employee relations, compliance, and employment matters, particularly for smaller teams in South Africa and the Middle East
  • Apply sound judgment in handling complex employee issues while balancing legal, cultural, and business considerations

Talent & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Partner with TA, Comp & Benefits, and L&D to support hiring, retention, and leadership development strategies
  • Support annual talent processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles
