Responsibilities
- Assist in growing capital markets business in the hospitality vertical across the region.
- Business Development and Maintain cordial relationships with Hotel operators, promoters & Family offices (Investors)
- Responsible for Revenue achievement for the region QOQ basis
- Provide necessary support in setting up processes, qualifying criteria’s, review mechanism and ops structure for the business.
- Evaluate proposals and prepare analysis reports for clients and internal business operations
- Organize regular meetings / calls / web calls with clients and key stake holders
- Track progress and revenue via WIP – Revenue growth QOQ
- Generate analytics to support strategy initiatives, work closely with colleagues in other teams.
- Track broker meetings on a weekly basis
- Track opportunities and stages
- Track engagement and penetration with clients
- Track dormant accounts – not contacted within 90 days
- Track competition every quarter for the region
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree from recognized University or MBA
Experience
- 12 – 15 years of relevant experience in Commercial Real estate transactions
- Candidates with background in Real estate Investment Banking & Consulting,
- Brokers from IPCs with related transaction experience
- Banking professionals with similar experience
Other Skills & Abilities
- Ability to comprehend, analyses, and interpret the most complex business documents.
- Familiarity of commercial real estate asset classes.
- Experience of capital raising will be additional advantage
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
- Ability to write reports using distinctive style.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports.
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
- Requires analytical and quantitative skills & experience in developing strategic solutions. Draws upon the analysis of others and make recommendations that have a direct impact on the client.
- Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues.
- Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational & negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
