Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Project Management
- Provide HTA (Health Technology Assessment) expertise and leadership to further develop our ongoing expertise in the area.
- Provide specific HTA strategic insights and leadership during client consultations, presentations, and project deliverables.
- Work collaboratively across multiple programs and divisions to identify, develop, and close new consulting opportunities.
- Oversee operational components such as monthly billable processes, client project plans, deliverables, and divisional project management ensuring operational excellence and high-quality outcomes.
Client Management and Business Development
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior-level clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Lead client portfolio management, ensuring client projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate on the New Business Development (NBD) strategy, including capability presentations, pursuing new business opportunities, and responding to client requests.
- Strategically contributes to market access strategies to address client needs and grow business opportunities.
Team Leadership and Development
- Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Ensure project plans are met with clear timelines, deliverables, and guidance to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Lead cross-functional teams to generate business success and support team objectives.
Industry Networking and Brand Building
- Build and maintain professional networks to profile Innomar’s services, capabilities, and expertise in the healthcare industry.
- Enhance Innomar’s brand recognition through strategic client communication, relationship management, and industry engagement.
Experience and Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or healthcare policy; an MBA is an asset.
- A minimum of 8–10 years of proven strategic leadership experience and demonstrated success in Canadian Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and Market Access within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Demonstrated excellence in consulting operations, project management and client management.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Extensive knowledge of the Canadian HTA and Market Access processes and stakeholders for health technologies.
- Advanced presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for engaging with both internal teams and external clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when interacting with clients.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
