Job Description Summary:

The Director, Global Finance & Strategy Communications plays a critical role in shaping and amplifying the global Finance & Strategy agenda across the enterprise. In this role, you will ensure that strategy, priorities, and transformation initiatives are clearly understood, consistently communicated, and effectively embedded across Ous, center teams and the Finance Hub.

You will lead global Finance & Strategy communications, driving clarity, alignment, and engagement among senior leaders, teams, and key stakeholders worldwide. In alignment with the Senior Director, the line manager for this role, you will be engaging with Finance & Strategy leadership, you will define how our story is told—internally and across the broader organization—to enable business growth, transformation, and performance.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership & Global Scope

  • Define and own the global communications plans for Finance & Strategy, ensuring alignment with our strategy and enterprise priorities, transformation roadmaps, and leadership messaging. All in alignment with our functional strategy.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Finance & Strategy leaders, supporting them with  communications, leadership narratives, and change agendas at a global level.
  • Drive consistent, high-quality storytelling that translates complex financial and strategic topics into clear, compelling narratives for diverse global audiences.

Change, Transformation & Engagement

  • Contribute and shape the voice in global change and transformation communications, ensuring clarity, transparency, and engagement across regions and functions.

Content, Channels & Campaigns

  • Set global standards and governance for Finance & Strategy communications channels and content, including newsletters, intranet/Connect content, blogs, leadership messages, digital posts, direct communications, and global live events.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development of enterprise-level communication campaigns and global events, including messaging frameworks, run-of-show, agendas, and executive talk tracks for all Finance, Strategy and Finance Hub Townhalls.
  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all regions while allowing for appropriate local adaptation.

Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and track communication effectiveness metrics, using data and insights to continuously refine strategy and improve impact.
  • Translate engagement data and feedback into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Enterprise Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner closely with Global Finance & Strategy, Platform Services, PACS, , and regional OU capabilities leads to align messaging, share best practices, and drive enterprise-wide coherence.
  • Represent Finance & Strategy communications in global forums, ensuring alignment with broader corporate narratives and initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications, including global or enterprise-level scope.
  • Demonstrated experience advising leaders and influencing at the executive level.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex strategy into clear messaging.
  • Strong digital communications expertise, including social platforms and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (including Viva, Stream, etc.).

Pay Range:

$163,800 - $189,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
