Profile Summary:

The Director, Global Delivery Office, serves as a strategic partner and operational integrator across Global Delivery Office. This role ensures alignment, focus, and execution of enterprise priorities through structured planning, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined delivery. Acting as an extension of senior leadership, the director accelerates enterprise outcomes by driving clarity, accountability, and strategic decision-making across business and operations teams. This leader brings together strategy, operational rigor, and strong communication to advance Voya’s growth and optimization agenda while strengthening the operating model across Global Delivery Office.

Profile Description: Responsible for

  • Lead enterprise-level strategic planning, deployment, and execution.
  • Program management.
  • Develop and maintain a repeatable framework for aligning Global Delivery Office and business unit strategies with the enterprise vision.
  • Guide prioritization processes to ensure initiatives deliver maximum enterprise value.
  • Partner with leadership to define metrics, dashboards, and reporting for ongoing strategy execution.
  • Serve as a strategic integrator across Global Delivery Office to ensure cross-functional alignment and organizational clarity.
  • Prepare leadership for key decisions by synthesizing insights, risks, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring connection points across business, operations, and technology.
  • Drive operating rhythm activities such as leadership agendas, executive updates, and enterprise communications.
  • Monitor enterprise priorities, anticipate risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.
  • Oversee Global Delivery Office’s strategic initiative and project portfolio to ensure goals and business outcomes are met.
  • Lead capacity and capability assessments for 1–3-year strategic roadmaps.
  • Track and report performance, benefits realization, and delivery outcomes across the initiative portfolio.
  • Provide governance frameworks and escalation paths to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Support development of business cases, financial models, ROI assessments, and valuation analyses.
  • Conduct market, operating model, and financial analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Evaluate growth and optimization opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and operational methods across Global Delivery Office.
  • Standardize and refine operational procedures to enhance performance and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain centralized repositories for artifacts, guidelines, reports, and documentation.
  • Develop compelling communication materials that support executive engagement and organizational alignment.
  • Prepare monthly updates and briefings for senior leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Global Delivery Office leadership, anticipating needs and connecting insights across the organization.

Skills/requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
  • 3–10 years of experience in strategy, program management, or enterprise operations, preferably within financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategies and business visions into actionable plans.
  • Experience in process improvement, portfolio management, and capacity planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organization, planning, and multitasking capability; able to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound business judgment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$136,560 - $170,700 USD
