Today, we are excited to be adding a new Franchise Finance Director for Mexico region.

 What You’ll Do for Us 

Partner with Franchise leaders, Operational Finance Lead and Mexico CFO to manage all Franchise Finance activities, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:

  •  Manage franchise Finance relationship with Arca Bottler

  • Gain insights and align with Bottler on local business issues; Prepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going negotiations

  • Set objectives and requirements for joint planning with bottlers

  • Support rebate and deduction strategy, manage financial discussions and alignment with all stakeholders

  • Manage key business / financial routines with Bottler for quarterly reviews, LRP, profitability analysis, among others.

  • Assess Financial implications and models and optimization of current value chain (use of third party, plant closure…)

Under this role is key to provide business acumen and 360 mindsets beyond core finance skills to effectively communicate, partner and support key stakeholder for franchise and business management.

Manage all Business Models, Margins and tracking within the Franchise, including:

  • Execution of business models optimization and system top line growth

  • Develop, implement Margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain

  • Bring margins discipline to operational business decisions

  • Track and be accountable for margins objectives at Franchise level

  • Ensure budget alignment and proper tracking for resource allocation (within brands, categories, zones)

  • Support Mergers & Acquisitions and Revenue growth Management

  •   Main contact point for M&A analysis and assessment at Franchise level

  • Lead the financial implementation of new business models

  • Main point of contact for legal/Tax/Treasury/M&A at Franchise Legal Entity level

  • Support Financially all RGM initiatives deployment at Franchise level

  • Align pricing strategy and objectives with RGM teams and franchise leads

  • Provide Financial input into new product / service development process    

Communication and management Focus:

This role is responsible for partnering internally as well as externally to effectively drive financial outcomes, as well as to build alignment on key initiatives and metrics, with a focus on communication to: 

  • Franchise VP and direct reports

  • Bottlers local management leadership (finance, commercial).

  • Marketing leadership at the Zone / Franchise.

  • Platform services local leadership team.

  • OU finance leadership and teams

  • Other OU teams under network organization (Customer and Commercial Leadership, Stills, Marketing teams).

  • Other Key Regional Stakeholders (customers, JVs, suppliers).

  • Pivoting through different styles and approach from finance to business and operational lateral thinking to create value creating outcomes.  

 Qualification & Requirements 

  • >10 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles

  • Leadership and management experience, as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
