Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (Grade G)
What can you expect?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director- FP&A (Grade G) to support our large India-based finance team focused on global technology.
This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the global consolidation of technology financial planning, enhancing automation, and partnering closely with business stakeholders and onshore FP&A teams. You will play a key role within the team to provide strategic financial guidance, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and continuously improving and aligning working practices across the function. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional with global experience and strong technical expertise to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
We will count on you to:
- Lead the global consolidation of technology financial planning, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of financial forecasts and reports across multiple technology divisions.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline financial processes, enhance data integrity, and improve efficiency within the FP&A function.
- Partner closely with onshore FP&A teams to align financial strategies, share best practices, and support business decision-making on a global scale.
- Operate as a senior member of the team, fostering growth to provide enhanced strategic guidance and elevate the overall capability of the finance function.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across technology and finance, acting as a trusted advisor and facilitating effective communication.
- Review, develop, and align working practices to ensure they meet global standards, support scalability, and promote continuous improvement within the team.
What you need to have:
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), demonstrating a strong track record of delivering insightful financial guidance and driving business or functional performance.
- Proven global experience managing financial planning processes with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in global technology finance consolidation.
- Expertise in Oracle financial systems and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, with hands-on experience in leveraging these platforms to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and automation.
- Demonstrated leadership fostering collaboration, and driving high performance within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and financial modelling skills essential for detailed financial planning and scenario analysis.
