Job Profile Summary
The Director, Finance (Revenue Optimization) is responsible for leading and overseeing core finance activities for ELM, with a strong focus on revenue performance, commercial execution, and financial rigor. This role plays a critical part in supporting ELM’s business turnaround by accelerating priorities around Retention, Pricing, and New Logo Sales, while stabilizing finance operations and strengthening team performance.
The Director combines deep FP&A expertise with a commercial and process‑oriented mindset, enabling the finance function toward proactive, value‑adding business partnership. This role reports directly to the VP Finance and acts as a key strategic partner across the organization.

Compensation:
$165,400.00 - $295,600.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
