Job Summary
ETT is a 50/50 joint venture between subsidiaries of American Electric Power and Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company. Facilitate the prioritization of planned O&M and Capital expenditures and maximize the recovery of cost through the regulatory process. In coordination with AEP Transmission and AEP Finance, development and execution of the joint venture's corporate financing plan through issuances of long-term debt, management of the credit facility and operating cash flow. Coordinate with corporate and central business functions to facilitate O&M and Capital spending plans in alignment with corporate strategy. Establish and maintain metrics in support of performance measurement reporting. Develop all short and long-term financial plans for the joint venture in a coordinated effort with Corporate Planning and Budgeting and Transmission Business Planning & Analysis to identify financial opportunities to improve profitability in order to maximize returns, support external ratings and regulatory filings.Job Description

$188,524.00 - $245,080.00The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
