Director, ERP Technology Lead (Oracle Fusion)

The Oracle Fusion ERP Boundary Systems Lead provides functional and technical oversight for key boundary applications supporting the Oracle Fusion Cloud modernization program—including ORO (Procurement Orchestration), Sievo (Spend Analytics), Nemo (Contractor Management), Icertis (Contract Lifecycle Management), and Reval (Treasury). The role ensures these systems align with future-state Oracle Cloud processes, support phased transitions from Oracle EBS, and effectively enable Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain operations. The individual partners with GPOs, Product Leads, SMEs, SI partners, and Oracle Support to review designs, resolve system gaps, oversee integration impacts, pursue enhancements, and ensure boundary applications remain stable, compliant, and fully integrated into the ERP landscape.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

  • Serve as the primary SME for boundary systems (ORO, Sievo, Nemo, Icertis, Reval) throughout the ERP modernization program.

  • Review and validate SI partner functional and technical designs impacting boundary systems; challenge and refine solutions to ensure optimal alignment with business needs and Oracle Cloud standards.

  • Ensure boundary-system functionality, configurations, workflows, and data structures support end-to-end processes across P2P, R2R, O2C, Plan to Make, PLM/PDH, WMS, OTM/GTM, and EPM Cloud.

  • Assess and resolve functional and technical gaps related to boundary systems; coordinate with Oracle Support and Oracle Development on SRs, enhancement requests, and roadmap clarifications.

  • Support phased ERP deployment—including coexistence with Oracle EBS and transition to Oracle Cloud—and ensure boundary systems adapt to evolving processes and designs.

This Job Might Be For You If You Have:

  • Strong expertise with ORO, Sievo, Nemo, Icertis, Reval and their roles in Procurement, Treasury, Supplier Management, Spend Analytics, Contracting, and Contingent Workforce.

  • Understanding of business processes across Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Supplier Management, Treasury, Contract Management, Spend Management, and related domains.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules related to Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Order to Cash processes.

  • Working knowledge of integration technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP APIs, BIP extracts, FBDI, and file-based interfaces.

  • Experience with data reconciliation techniques involving Oracle Cloud and external systems or middleware.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

  • 15+ years of experience with enterprise ERP applications

  • 10+ years working with key boundary systems (e.g., ORO, Sievo, Nemo, Icertis, Reval)

  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred)
