ROLE SUMMARY
As the Director of Colleague Productivity products, you are the strategic leader driving the vision, strategy, and execution for a group of enterprise-wide productivity products — including solutions specific to Message & Communications, Enterprise Search Platform, Meetings A/V, Content (SharePoint & OneDrive) and Collaboration & Community (Viva Suite).
You will champion the digital experience for colleagues globally, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Through your leadership, you will empower cross-functional product teams to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable solutions that maximize colleague productivity and engagement. You will serve as a key partner to business and technology stakeholders, aligning product roadmaps with organizational objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy and integrated roadmap for colleague productivity products, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and evolving business needs.
Product Portfolio Management: Oversee lifecycle of group of Colleague Productivity products, driving innovation, adoption, and continuous improvement across all products.
Champion Platform Adoption: Lead the adoption and integration of new collaboration and productivity platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Inspire and guide cross-functional teams—including Product Managers, Product Owners, and technical partners—to deliver cohesive, outcome-driven solutions that enhance colleague experience and productivity.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with business and digital stakeholders to co-shape strategic demand, prioritize investments, and ensure product strategies address both operational and compliance requirements.
Metrics & Outcomes: Track and report key metrics (e.g., OKRs, user satisfaction, product performance, team health, product management maturity), focusing on measurable business value realization throughout the product lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement: Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), participate in planning and high-level solution design, and explore alternative solutions if current technology does not suit business needs (e.g., build vs. buy analysis).
Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in digital collaboration and productivity, proactively presenting new ideas, staying current with industry trends, and expanding the solution space.
Facilitate Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration, building trust and alignment with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
8+ years of product management or related experience, including direct leadership of digital product portfolios
Expertise in digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Viva Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive) with proven success in driving adoption and measurable business value
Experience in successfully developing, managing, and leading Product Managers in the creation of product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes
Advanced knowledge of Agile/Lean Development methodologies
Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional leaders and technical teams
Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions
Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences
Comprehensive and current industry knowledge about the latest trends and innovations in digital collaboration and productivity tooling and solutions
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or master’s degree
Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus
Understanding of the Competitive Market Landscape & Pharmaceutical Industry Trend Analysis
Active coaching and mentoring skills that grow and maximize the team’s potential

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
