As an integral part of the GIPC product team, the Director, Enterprise Solutions will lead the enterprise strategy for the segment, to build and commercialize comprehensive solution offerings. These solutions may combine equipment, digital products, third party technologies, services, and education to deliver clear operational and economic impact for the department and health systems.
This role is central to accelerating GE HealthCare’s shift from capital equipment sales to recurring revenue and enterprise business models. The director will be responsible for business model transformation for our customers and scaling commercial execution.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing the enterprise strategy for LOGIQ portfolio
  • Lead the business model transformation from transactional capex models to a long-term relational business model (opex) and drive recurring revenue for the segment.
  • Understand enterprise customers’ requirements, pain points and priorities.
  • Identify portfolio gaps and work closely with AVS Digital team, partnership/BD team, marketing, clinical and region teams to develop long term roadmap of integrated solution offerings.
  • Lead the cross-functional program teams to build, launch and support these integrated offerings to market with clear operational and economic value propositions.
  • Support regional commercial and marketing teams to develop effective GTM strategies and position these integrated offerings in large multi-modality enterprise deals.
  • Build business cases, funding requirements and be accountable for commercial success.
  • Evangelize the LOGIQ enterprise strategy with customers and internal stakeholders to drive mindshare and share of wallet.
  • Be the single point of accountability for GE HealthCare and AVS Digital teams to integrate their solutions with LOGIQ portfolio.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, or MS) preferred.
  • 10+ years in healthcare, general imaging, diagnostics, digital or clinical workflow domains.
  • Experienced product leader in both upstream and downstream product management.
  • Demonstrated success leading products with measurable commercial and operational impact.
  • Strong executive communication skills and experience managing cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.

  • Strategic systems thinker with knowledge of the ultrasound and healthcare digital landscape.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial, with proven ability to unite diverse teams around shared objectives.
  • KPI‑driven operator with experience in business model transformations and change management.
  • Experience with clinical workflows, hospital system integrations, and AI‑enabled workflows.
  • Customer‑obsessed, data‑driven, and passionate about improving clinical outcomes.
