As our Director of Enterprise Growth, you’ll lead the charge in securing new logo business across ANZ, backed by a sophisticated suite of AI, analytics, and digital BPO solutions.
The Role
In this role, you will leverage the full depth of Probe Group’s multi-brand CX and digital portfolio to architect transformational solutions for enterprise clients. Rather than selling off-the-shelf services, you will draw on our core capabilities in contact centre operations, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled technologies to solve complex business challenges. You’ll be responsible for engaging internal subject matter experts and executive leaders to strengthen high-stakes proposals, ensuring every solution is positioned to deliver strategic, long-term outcomes for Australia’s most iconic brands.
New Logo Acquisition: Identify and secure new customers and drive revenue growth within key segments and verticals.
Consultative Selling: Lead high-level engagements to design and implement transformational customer care and operational solutions.
Sales Lifecycle Management: Guide internal teams and collaborate effectively to ensure innovative solutions meet sales targets.
Pipeline Discipline: Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline to forecast and drive consistent opportunities.
Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers, gaining deep insight into their business challenges to maximize Probe Group’s value.
Subject Matter Expertise: Clearly articulate Probe CX services and our unique differentiation and partner value creation.
Proven APAC Performance: A history of cultivating, leading, and closing complex enterprise sales deals through all aspects of the sales cycles.
BPO Expertise: Deep BPO experience across BFSI, Retail, Energy/Utilities, Health, and Travel and Logistics segments.
Consultative Value Selling Approach: A mature, solution-selling mindset with the ability to influence C-level buying decisions.
Strong Networks: Extensive existing social and business networks within the ANZ region.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Drive: A self-managed professional who can multitask and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
