A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Director of Enterprise Delivery is responsible for providing oversight and direction for enterprise-wide delivery and enablement capabilities that support how the company operates, changes, and delivers value. This role is accountable for ensuring consistent documentation practices across the company, owning the centralized document library, and leading the enterprise project management team responsible for project delivery and organizational change management. This role partners with senior and functional leaders to align standards and practices across the company, improving consistency and outcomes by enabling effective project delivery, change management, and document management. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong leadership, and the ability to influence the organization.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

  • Builds, leads, and develops a high-performing, multidisciplinary leadership team to deliver enterprise-level improvement capabilities by aligning enterprise project management, document services, and information governance with enterprise-wide goals.
  • Leads enterprise project management, setting standards for portfolio governance, prioritization, resourcing, and execution for all enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Guides the document services team responsible for enterprise document services and records management, including policies, systems, standards, templates, best practices, and compliance.
  • Ensures effective lifecycle management of critical project, contractual, and corporate documents.
  • Leads enterprise change management strategies, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement to support both enterprise projects and large, organization-wide initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 10 or more years of progressive related experience in project management, process improvement, construction management, or similar field required.
  • 5 or more years of previous leadership experience required, including experience managing multiple functions/teams within a department and developing and executing enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, project management, or related field required. MBA or advanced education in business, finance, or project portfolio preferred. Further education in change management or program management is preferred.

$178,151.00 - $258,319.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
