Key Responsibilities
Directs an electrical engineering group responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete electrical engineering programs in accordance with project budgets and release schedules
Works with senior business group management team to ensure that such programs, strategies and processes are aligned with the organizations direction
Develops long range plans and creates electrical engineering or product specific strategies to reach goals and reviews engineering specifications with high customer impact
Anticipates future needs and initiates the development and implementation of new approaches to electrical engineering design and development that has high customer impact
Interfaces with integral and external customers on unusually complex electrical engineering issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for the unit's product line
Provides approval guidelines and leadership to reporting engineering managers in the area of long term program, strategy and process design with high customer impact
Defines performance metrics and reports on the engineering functions progress against specific goals

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
