Director, Digital Sales Performance

Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to join our team as Director, Sales Performance Management. This role will own the performance strategy, reporting, and insights that power growth across our Digital Sales in Everyday Banking, Investments, and Home Equity Finance businesses.
You will lead the creation of best-in-class performance management practices — including Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs), analytics, and executive insights — enabling the team to make confident, data-informed decisions that improve sales outcomes and customer growth.
Working at the intersection of Sales, Digital, Analytics, and Product, you’ll turn complex data into actionable strategies, build strong business cases, and drive measurable commercial impact.

What will you Do?

Performance Strategy & Governance

  • Design and lead the end-to-end Sales Performance Management framework across digital lines of business

  • Establish and manage QBR and MBR cadences, scorecards, and executive reporting

  • Create clear performance insights that drive accountability and action

  • Work with the digital product team to establish business cases for strategic work

Insights & Analytics

  • Translate data into actionable insights that influence leadership decisions

  • Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor funnel performance, conversion, productivity, and revenue

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize digital sales performance

  • Partner with analytics teams to deepen understanding of customer behaviour and performance drivers

Business Planning & Partnership

  • Work closely with Digital Product and DPD Performance Management teams for executive reporting

  • Support business casing and investment decisions with robust financial and performance analysis

  • Lead forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking processes

  • Align stakeholders around shared goals and outcomes

Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team

  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and accountability

  • Influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders

What do you need to Succeed?

  • 8+ years of experience in sales performance management, business analytics, strategy, or digital performance roles

  • Proven experience leading QBR/MBR processes and executive performance reporting

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations

  • Experience working closely with digital product and sales organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment

  • Experience building business cases and evaluating ROI for growth initiatives

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

  • Proficiency with SQL and Excel (or equivalent tools) to navigate large amounts of structured data and translating into consumable business intelligence dashboards.
