What is the opportunity?
As the Director of Moderanization of digital products in CFO, you will be responsible for creating the product vision/strategy, and for leading agile teams to develop and deliver exceptional digital user experiences for finance/CFO and business stakeholders. You will also accountable to deliver BAU projects across CFO Digital Ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role for the organization as we redefine our business and architecture, and emerge as an organization on the forefront of innovation and human-centered design. We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary individual who is a terrific people manager, and can lead a team of Agile product practitioners to develop and deliver exceptional digital user experience.

What will you do?

  • Develop, design and refine a comprehensive and industry leading strategy/vision for digital products supporting core Finance operations. Develop roadmaps and execution plan for ERP (SAP, Oracle etc.), EPM (IBM Analytics, OneStream etc.), Reg reporting platforms
  • Engage & cultivate relationships with key stakeholders from Technology Teams & CFO teams supporting Retail and Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Global Markets and Insurance
  • Play a leadership role in the agile squad to ensure prioritization, scope and requirements are clear, and the product vision and strategy as well as how they underpin the scope is well understood.
  • Improves processes, demonstrating Financial Services industry knowledge and knowledge of applications of at least one of the following focus areas: finance transformation, financial controller, performance management, financial systems transformation
  • Host and run IRB to prioritize new requests, Innovation Forum to ensure Champions across CFO teams are aware and supportive for Digital, Data and AI initiatives
  • Provide expert oversight for platform integration, technical delivery, data integration, data migration, and custom development.
  • Act as the lead subject matter expert for the functional solution, ensuring the design meets all requirements for event-based accounting, subledger, and GL processes.
  • Manage APPDEV prioritization, reporting and oversight process to ensure investment in technology infrastructure is aligned with Finance Business Strategy

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner working in matrix organization representing the voice of the customer and building the right products.
  • ERP implementation experience, leading large-scale, multi-entity ERP rollouts in global financial institutions, especially Tier-1 banks. 
  • Deep functional and technical understanding of ERP systems (Accounting Hub, Subledger, General Ledger, Performance Management etc.), implementation methodologies
  • Experience with SaaS platform implementation such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, IBM Analytics, Onestream etc.
  • Strong communication and thought leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams

Nice-to-have:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
