The Director, Digital Operations leads a team of ~6 fully remote Capability Operations Business Partners ("OBPs") responsible for financial and operational planning for the $700MM Digital Services portfolio. The role reports to the Corporate Vice President, Digital Operations to oversee and develop Capability OBPs who deliver decision‑ready insights to Digital Business Unit Leaders. The Director partners with other members of the Digital Operations team and enterprise cross‑functional teams supporting Digital (i.e., HR, Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Growth Enablement, and Enterprise FP&A) to advance enterprise objectives.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Capability OBP team.

• Own the Capability OBP operating model, including role definition, standards, and expectations.

• Ensure OBPs provide consistent, high‑impact support to Digital Business Unit leaders.

• Offer initial point of escalation for the Capability OBP and Digital Business Unit leaders, as necessary.

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• In collaboration with the Manager, Digital FinOps and others on the Digital Operations team, lead Capability OBPs through standard monthly close, quarterly forecasting & annual budgeting processes.

• Oversee business management cadence, including monthly business reviews.

• Align Digital financial plans with enterprise targets and strategic priorities.

• Collaborate with Digital Industry and Regional business partners for alignment.

Financial & Operational Insight

• Define and scale processes to create decision‑ready insights to support a complex, growing organization, focusing on best practices for automation.

• Lead select enterprise initiatives that enhance planning, reporting, and performance management processes, driving scalability, efficiency, and alignment.

• Identify risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans and performance actions.

• Partner with Digital Operations, Global Operations COE, and Enterprise Data/IT to define source of truth for financial data, make suggestions to cost center structure and operating industry taxonomy that impact Digital Services; drive adoption of available enterprise reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, required.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operation management or FP&A.

• 3+ years leading lean teams in complex, matrixed environments.

• Professional services or consulting experience.

• Strong background in financial & operational management.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000-$230,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $214,500-$299,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
