Director, Digital Delivery & Agile Transformation
Position Responsibilities:
1. Agile Delivery & Transformation (50%)
Lead the Agile Team portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and delivery goals.
Drive the transformation to a Continuous Delivery Framework (CDF) with persistent squads and iterative delivery cycles.
Define and implement Agile best practices, role clarity, and collaboration models for Scrum Masters.
Partner with PMO and IT departments to embed Agile ways of working and foster delivery excellence.
Track Agile maturity, team performance, and delivery outcomes through metrics and reporting.
2. Digital Platforms Management (50%)
Oversee the management of digital platforms, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics.
Lead platform lifecycle management including upgrades, integrations, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.
Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to monitor platform health and inform executive decisions.
Promote innovation and best practices in platform management and delivery.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in digital delivery, Agile transformation, or platform management.
Demonstrated success in leading Agile teams and implementing Continuous Delivery Frameworks.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, digital platforms, and enterprise delivery models.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
Financial acumen and familiarity with insurance or banking industry.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives in APAC markets.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as HKIA, HKMA, GDPR, PDPO, and AML.
Ability to lead through influence and empower teams across functions.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Empathy, self-awareness, and a customer-first mindset.
