What You’ll Be Doing
As the Director, Digital & AI Enablement Delivery, you will combine the responsibilities of a Product Owner and a Senior Project Manager. You will lead the execution and delivery of digital and AI initiatives across CIBC, driving both the product vision and the tactical execution of complex projects. This hybrid role requires strategic leadership to deliver product roadmaps, as well as project management expertise to ensure successful, timely, and compliant delivery of solutions that support CIBC’s transformation and growth objectives.
You will be accountable for Leading cross-functional teams in the development, delivery, and enhancement of digital and AI products. Overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to CIBC’s standards, policies, and risk management requirements. Acting as a bridge between business, technology, and vendor partners to align project execution with business strategy. Driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.

How You’ll Succeed
Who You Are
You are an experienced professional. 10+ years in product management and/or project management roles, with demonstrated leadership in delivering digital and AI solutions in complex environments.
You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline. PMP designation or equivalent experience is preferred.
